Information you provide

When you fill out our contact or app-submission form, or engage us for a project, we collect the information you give us, which may include:

• your name, email address, and company name;
• details about your app, such as its name, framework, and target stores;
• any notes, questions, deadlines, or compliance requirements you share;
• build artifacts, brand assets, and store listing materials for your project;
• credentials you choose to share so we can publish on your behalf (for example, App Store Connect or Google Play Console access).

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we may automatically collect usage data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the time and date of your visit, along with similar diagnostic data. We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and to measure traffic.

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your enquiry and send you a project plan, timeline, and payment link;
• deliver the app submission service, including preparing and submitting your app to the App Store and Play Store;
• process payments and handle billing;
• communicate with you about your project and provide support;
• improve and secure the site and our service, and detect or prevent fraud and abuse;
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We only send marketing or promotional messages if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time by emailing support@letsdeploy.it.

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your personal data on one or more of the following bases: performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and compliance with our legal obligations.

We share your information only as needed to run the service, and only with providers bound to protect it. We do not sell your data. Our key service providers are:

• Resend — to send and receive transactional email and project communications;
• Stripe — to process payments securely; we do not store or collect your card details;
• Vercel — to host the website and supporting infrastructure;
• analytics providers — to understand site traffic in aggregate.

Credentials you share are stored in a password manager with access restricted to the reviewer assigned to your project. We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to valid requests by public authorities, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy or to meet our legal obligations. Build artifacts are stored in a private project workspace and deleted 90 days after project completion. Credentials are removed once they are no longer needed to deliver the service. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period for analytics and security.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@letsdeploy.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, we confirm that you can visit our site anonymously, our Privacy Policy link includes the word "Privacy" and is easy to find, and we will note any changes to this Policy on this page.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email support@letsdeploy.it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store or collect your card details — your payment information is shared directly with Stripe, whose use of it is governed by its own privacy policy. Stripe follows PCI-DSS standards.

Our service is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Our site may link to other sites we do not operate, including our parent and sister sites. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date, and changes are effective when posted.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
